Technical Performance

 

I. Homogeneity Indexes

1. Appearance: brown-yellow liquid.

2. Content:  50%

3. PH Value: 6-7

4. No chloride. No corrosion on steel bars.

 

II. Concrete Performance Indexes 

1. Low blend dosage and high water reduction.  The blend dosage is usually 0.5%-1% of the gelled material and water can be reduced by 25%-45%.

2. This product has good adaptability and adapts well to many kinds of concretes, is especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete formulating with active admixture such as fly-ash and slag.

3. Slump of plastic retaining concrete seldom decrease and isn’t affected by temperature change.

4. This product can significantly increase physical performance index and durabilityand increase resistance ability to deformation.

 

5. This product has a strong applicability. It’s suitable for formulating concrete with variety of performance requirement, especially C20-C100 high performance concrete. 

 

III. Application Method

 

1. The blend dosage (by weight) is 0.5%-1% of the gelled material.

2. In order to fix the best blend dosage, trial mix according to the requirements of construction is recommended.

3. This product can’t be formulated with naphthalene type water reducer. Compatibility test should be done previously when using together with other kind of admixture.

4. Measure accurately. Avoid repeat mix, missing mix and error.

5. Mud content of sand and stone and quality variety of admixtures has great effect on the effect of water reduction. So standard aggregate and admixtures are recommended.

 

IV. Packing

 

Plastic drums, 1.1 ton/drum or 210kg/ drum, or FlexiTank. 

This product is valid for 1 year, but still can be used if checked qualified after 1 year.
